Q1: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. We offer FREE Cash on Delivery across all of Pakistan. Pay cash to the rider when you receive your order.
Q2: Do you accept online payment or bank transfer?
Yes, We Accept Online & Bank Payments.
Q3: How will I know my order is confirmed?
Our team will confirm your order on WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing it.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q4: What is the delivery time?
2-4 Business Days for all cities in Pakistan.
Q5: Is delivery free?
Yes, shipping is FREE nationwide.
Q6: Will the courier call before delivery?
Yes. The rider will call you before coming to your address.
Q7: What if I miss the delivery call?
Courier will attempt delivery 2 times. If missed both times, the order will be cancelled.

Q9: Do colors look the same as in pictures?
Colors may vary 5-10% due to lighting and screen settings.
Q10: Are these stitched or unstitched?
We mention clearly on each product page. We also offer stitching on request via WhatsApp.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Q11: What is your return policy?
We offer EXCHANGE only within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused with tags. Refunds are not available.
Q12: Who pays for exchange shipping?
Customer pays return shipping for size/color exchange.
For damaged or wrong item, BUNKAARI pays both ways.
Q13: How do I request an exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp with Order ID + Reason + Photos. We’ll arrange pickup.

Yes. We use premium lawn, karandi, and chiffon sourced from Faisalabad mills.
