EXCHANGE POLICY

Time Limit: 7 Days from delivery date
Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
Shipping: Customer pays return shipping for size/color exchange
COD Orders: Exchange available. No refund on COD.

How to Exchange:
1. Message us on WhatsApp with Order ID + Reason + Clear photos
2. Our team will confirm your exchange within 24 hours
3. Courier will pick up from your address
4. New item will be dispatched after we receive the returned item

Note: We currently only offer EXCHANGE. Refunds are not available.
For damaged or wrong item: Full exchange + Free return shipping by BUNKAARI

4. Sale/Final Clearance items
