1. GENERAL
BUNKAARI is a Pakistani clothing brand based in Faisalabad.
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are in PKR and include taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
BUNKAARI reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues.
3. PAYMENT
Cash on Delivery: Available for all cities in Pakistan. No advance payment required.
Pay the exact amount to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery Time: 2-4 Business Days across Pakistan
Shipping Charges: FREE
Rider will call you before delivery. Please provide correct phone number and address.
BUNKAARI is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Exchange Only: Refunds are not available.
Time Limit: 7 Days from delivery date
Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached
Customer pays return shipping for size/color exchange
For damaged/wrong item: Free exchange + Free return shipping by BUNKAARI

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
Sizes may vary 1-2 cm due to handcrafted stitching.
Check our Size Guide before ordering.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
You must be available to receive the order at the given address.
For missed deliveries, courier will attempt delivery 2 times.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, images, logos, and designs on BUNKAARI are our property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BUNKAARI is not liable for any indirect damages from product use.
Our liability is limited to the product price only.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
Continued use of the website means you accept the new terms.
